Will my services be interrupted?

No. All existing finchhost infrastructure, configurations, and deployments continue running without any changes. The rebrand is a name and domain change — your bare metal nodes, edge runtimes, and storage remain fully operational. Over time, management interfaces will migrate to finchwire.com, and we'll notify you well in advance.

Do I need to change my billing?

Not immediately. Existing billing arrangements remain active. We will transition invoicing to finchwire incrementally and ensure there are no gaps or double charges. You'll receive a direct email with specifics for your account.

What's new that I can use?

As a finchwire customer, you now have access to our full service suite: Business OS (CRM/ERP), STARA private AI engine, managed RHEL workstations, and on-premise deployment options in the MENA region. Contact us to discuss adding any of these to your existing setup.
